A former standout athlete and 2021 Major League Rugby Player of the Year, Mike Te’o has competed professionally with the San Diego Legion and Utah Warriors, and represented the U.S.A. in both 15s and 7s Rugby His leadership, passion, and hands-on mentorship bring world-class guidance to our players—on and off the field.

Courtney’s passion for sports led to years of athletic training experience in which he worked with NBA players, MLB players, as well as collegiate baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, and endurance athletes. He has been a World Rugby and USA Rugby certified Physio, and was honored to be able to be a sideline Physio for the 2025 HSBC 7's World Championships in LA.
